Most people are able to wear either size of this brand of cup. Generally those with lighter flow, low cervix, a sensitive bladder, or who haven’t given birth will prefer cup size A. The cup size B may be best suited for heavier flow, higher cervix, is somebody that has weaker pelvic floor muscles, and those who have given birth. If you’ve tried menstrual cups before, and even if you haven’t, we’d be happy to point you in the best direction based on your individual needs. Simply contact us for assistance. Email at CustomerService@CampFireSurvivalStore.Com. I have been using menstrual disks and cups from when I was 17 years old, so I have more than 20 years experience with these types of products. You do need to contact your medical provider if you have an IUD though, because there is a risk of removing the IUD from the strings getting in the tampons, disks and cups, to know which of these methods work best for you.
